Livelihoods & Decent Work

Livelihoods & Decent Work

SDG Bridge Africa's Livelihoods & Decent Work programme combines demand-led skilling, enterprise incubation and acceleration, financial inclusion, market linkages and social protection into one wraparound package for young people and vulnerable populations.

Using the SAP-G Hub Model, we convene government, the private sector and academia — with intentional inclusion of young women, refugees, persons with disabilities, and rural and post-war communities.

How We Work

Every programme is delivered through the SAP-G Hub Model, uniting Society, Academia, the Private Sector and Government around shared priorities.

01. Society & Communities

Society: youth groups, women's groups, VSLAs and refugee committees who define local priorities.

Academia & Private Sector: universities and TVET institutions providing labour-market evidence; employers, agri-business off-takers and financial institutions providing scale.

Government & Partners: Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development; Ministry of Education and Sports; OPM; and local governments.
